For those of you who don't know, "koliveri di" was a brake out smash song from a Tamil movie. Kloaveri Di means murderous rage. The kind of rage you feel when your girl dumps you. The song is dedicated to "soup boys" They are boys you get soup instead of the girls. The song is a brilliant mix of hip-hop, Tamil film music and is sung entirely in English. Between the lyrics there is a funky Indian flute thing going dat, dat da da dat.
The weather here has been searchingly hot (95-102) and humid with no wind. As a result the wind turbines cannot make electricity. We are having 12-15 hours of power cuts a day. As a result, the internet is either down or you have to sit in a stifling room w. no ac or fan. (like i am doing right now) I ll post more things once the weather changes. The monsoons are supposed to start. Please pray for rain, I'm roasting :)
