Hey y'all, sorry fot the delay in posts. Contrary to popular belief, I have not died of Delhi belly or joined the Hare Krishnas and run off. We have been experiencing 12-15 hours of power cuts which made finding current and an open PC very difficult. Well, the monsoons have started and now we have different difficult weather. We have not had any real sun in a week. When the monsoon start, they run for about an hour and all the streets flood. THe only way to get around is by rickshaw and the water almost flows in side the car. Really it is a very exciting way to travel.
Any way, Navarti, the 8 day celebration of the goddess is here. Tonight was the blessing of all things mechanical. the rickshaws are dressed with banana leaves an flower garlands while they are waiting to be blessed.
