the view from my front porch
this is the view i wake to every moring. The grass hut you see center right is a Truck garage sometimes they blare flim music and they a crazy dobermen pincher that loves to try to bite my ankles when i ride by on my scooter. But i am out by myslef and it wonderfully quiet. AT the top of the rode some of the villages keep a flock of trureky and partiridges. I tiold my cleaning girlthat we eat turey in the US and she just sort of looked horified and said, "WE no do" ANyway, i leave for the himalays early monday. I wont be able to post form LEH but i start posting the mountain pics the firat week of AUG. I think they are going to be amazing, untill then.....OM

What a beautiful view!I did get a phone card, can we chat before you head up to the Himalays? I am so jealous...very happy for you to have all these wonderful experiences. I thank you for sharing with your photos and most charming narratives.You really should do your own travel book, I think it could be a best seller! If we can not connect before you go let me know when I should call you when you return, that is if you come down from the mountains at all, I think I would just want to stay there.OM.....XOXO
