Aunty completes the temple

Aunty worked for hours preparing this temple. The deities were dressed with  yellow turmeric and red cum-cum powder as well as flower garlands. Prasad (blessed food) was first offered to the gods before being distributed to the guests. Aunty has an amazingly powerful presence. Her presence was almost shamanic in its affect. It seemed as if her physical body was here but her voice and actions were emanating from another realm. She seemed to be an embodiment of the true goddess; fiercely loving and wrathful at the same time. No bad energy dared enter the holy space with Aunty blessing her loved ones. It was truly a gift to be present.
