There is a lot more devotional music (bajans) in the Ashram this year. These musicians were incredible. They sand hymns dedicated Ramana for three hours. The singer had a high voice that just filled with emotions as well as devotion. The drummer used very intricate rhythms a hand flourishes and it is amazing how a violin can be made to sound so distinctly Indian. They are preforming in the new library in the back of the ashram

It's for Sri Muruganar, the Tamil poet, and great devotee of Bhagavan. The Ashram's Facebook page has been just wonderful in documenting these celebrations. You are so lucky to be there!
