We were downtown and got stuck in this traffic jam. The bullock cart blocked the road and the motorcycles simply went around them. It was fascinating to sit back and watch how these people negotiated and eventually grant the right of way. As you can imagine there are no rules in India. You simply pile as many people in a small ara as you can can a the just sort of figure it out. The amazing thing is you rarely see people fight, they just deal with it.
