dont you just love the color of this house. i don't think it quite purple enough! this a small side street off the main road. there are various small shops that sell the usual trinkets. the shops are all run by kashmiries. they treat you like a long lost friend when you walk in and then proceed to charge you triple what the real price is. when you complain they fuss for a while and then they have to call their brother in Chennai to see if they can do better. they never come down too much and it seems if every shop keeper has a brother in Chennai.
