it may not be posh but this is a great place to meet up with friends, or sit alone and just watch the world go by. there os a constant stream of western people dressed up in the most outrageous outfits. you know shirtless men with black skirts and huge black turbans, girls with massive dreadlocks tied into a shiva topknot with bindis and painted foreheads smoking little tiny indian cigaretes. my favorite this year was the young french boy with a top knot heal together with a bird feather, a micro-mini african robe with no pants. its just really great.
