my new birdie

i got a little lonely so i went to the pet store and asked for a parrot. they said they were out and i should by this instead. he is pretty but he is really loud. i should have bought a puppy instead. not really. the ashram has about a dozen of these running around the place. they are so used to people that you can hand feed them. every once and a while they fly off the roof and whack you on the head on their way down. i always consider it a blessing./
