Well, its offical, i am now middle age! i actually had the best birthday ever. I git a two hour massage and then went to dinner at this fancy new restraunat. karnua got me this cake (i thought the mispelling was just soooo indian),nan gave me a silver necklace and rishi gave me a spiritual book. I was supposed to have paid the tab for dinner but my friend Amala who had to stay in new york this year snuck karuna some cask and paid for dinner. i was literally moved to tears. to turn fifty in a place i love surounded my people who love was a very special way to enter middle age.
